Weekend recap
Yes, I know. I'm waaay late.
Friday: James and Mari came up for the weekend. We had a nice romantic couples dinner at Light Horse Tavern then went back to our place and hit up Super Mario Bros. 4 player Wii style. SO F-ING FUN. Non stop yelling at each other and laughing. If you have the Wii, get this game!
Saturday: What was suppose to be snow was rain for us pretty much the entire day. J&M got tix for the Bodies Exhibit in the city so we headed out in the yuck. Last time I went was 3 years ago with Jennifer. Nothing seems to have changed and still a good experience. Swung by SoHo and Uptown for some shopping and grabbed lunched. It finally started snowing towards the end of the afternoon when we had it with the rain. Came back home and played more Super Mario Bros. I mainly watched this time since I didn't have the energy and fell asleep for 2 hours.
Sunday: Made breakfast then headed to Hoboken to Carlos' Bakery (TLC's Cake Boss). The line was long but not too long since it was still early in the morning. Grabbed a few cupcakes for us. Georgetown Cupcake's red velvet is MUCH better but CB's is still good. Headed back into the city for midtown to see the Rockefeller tree and take pics. The end.
